Locking the fence

This is a purely mechanical barrier equipped with a lock. The barrier is manufactured under license by our company entirely in the Czech Republic.

 

The barrier is produced in two versions:

- the lock allows normal opening and closing of the fence door. In the event that an entrance with protection against unintentional closing of the door (and possible starting of the machine) is required, the door is opened and the lock is locked using the integrated lock, which ensures that the door cannot be closed. The worker takes the key with him into the dangerous area. The door can only be closed after the integrated lock is unlocked. The key can only be removed from the lock when it is locked. If the lock is not locked, the key is blocked against removal.

 

- the lock locks automatically after opening the door and must be unlocked by an authorized worker. This type is suitable for places where unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter the technology (e.g. regular operators) and any unauthorized entry leads to the door being prevented from closing and an authorized person must be called to start the machine. The key for this type is not normally located in the lock, but, for example, with the foreman or at the maintenance workplace.

 

Both types are made of carbon steel by machining with a powder coating. The body is black, the cover is yellow. There is a hole in the tongue for the possible placement of a LOTO lock.
The bolt is only mechanical - no CE required.

 

The barrier is a suitable addition to the LOTO system or in places where LOTO is not applied, due to its easy and quick use without the need for additional elements or devices.

 

The barrier can also be made in stainless steel.
